Return Policy

We want you to love your Brim. If you are unhappy with it, please return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping charges.

There will be an $8 restocking fee subtracted from your refund balance.
All refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at purchase.

The Brim must be returned in brand new, unused, and re-sellable condition to be eligible for refund. This includes original packaging and tags. Please allow up to 1-3 weeks to process the return and refund.
